Terms of Service — MorphLogic

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MorphLogic ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. MorphLogic is currently available only to approved whitelist participants.

2. Whitelist Access

Access to MorphLogic is restricted to individuals and teams who have been granted whitelist approval. Approval is at the sole discretion of MorphLogic. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time without notice.

Access credentials and codes are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

3. Permitted Use

You may use MorphLogic solely for the purpose of developing, testing, and deploying adaptive AI reasoning systems within your own projects. You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Redistribute, sublicense, or resell access to the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
Share your whitelist access code with unauthorized parties

4. Intellectual Property

MorphLogic and its underlying technology, including all algorithms, software, documentation, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of MorphLogic. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.

You retain all rights to your own data, AI models, and reasoning chains. MorphLogic does not claim ownership of any content you process through the Service.

5. Beta Disclaimer

MorphLogic is currently in private beta. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose during the beta period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MorphLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
